As expressed by the title, this program helps you organize your office's paperwork, documentation, etc. With it, you can increase your activity speed and productivity. You won't have to grope any longer for undocumented files, hidden in some forsaken folder.
You can use the program to create databases containing accurate information about all the paperwork residing in your company. The program also comes with a few templates that you can use. In case those templates don't suite your needs, you can always create completely customized databases. These databases can include document information (title, number, author, date, keywords, short notes, custom notes), details (subject, type, storage, etc.), tables, descriptions, and notes. The document related data can help you locate easily any of your documents. You can use the internal search engine and filter your searches according to several criteria.
The program has several built-in filters with custom fields used for sorting entries. You can also create permanent indexes. The program can backup filter templates for the current database.
Records can be saved as templates, copied to other databases, or copied to the clipboard. The import/export feature is very well designed. It allows you to import or export records to text, XML files, DBF files, Internet Explorer Favorites, or text files using a template.
You can print out standard reports, labels, or customized documents (one record at a time, all records, or print from the current record).
Another useful feature is the 'Maintenance' section, where you can re-index your databases, delete databases and records, repair data files, backup and restore your data, copy/move records, etc.
The program can be used in single-user mode or in multi-user mode, on the same machine, or you can install it on the machines in your network. Accounts can be password protected and every account can be granted different rights to enforce security.
Pluses: The integrated Web browser uses Internet Explorer's engine. Another plus is the option of setting up a database server.
